Order Processing
All orders are prepared fresh and processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).
Orders placed after [cut-off time, e.g. 12:00pm] will be processed the next business day. During busy periods or promotions, processing times may be slightly extended.
Delivery Options & Times
We currently ship within the UK using trusted courier partners.

Delivery times are estimates and begin from the date of dispatch, not the date the order is placed.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your chosen delivery option and order value.
From time to time, we may offer free shipping promotions, which will be clearly communicated on our website or via email.
Food Products & Freshness
We take great care to package our food products to ensure they arrive in excellent condition.
Once an order has been dispatched, responsibility for delivery timing transfers to the courier. While delays are rare, we cannot guarantee delivery times once an order is in transit.
We recommend bringing food items indoors as soon as possible after delivery and storing them according to the product instructions to maintain quality and freshness.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking link so you can monitor your delivery.
If you haven’t received your tracking information within 48 hours, please contact us.
Delivery Issues & Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged or there is an issue with your delivery, please contact us at [support@email.com] within 7 days of delivery, including photos where possible, so we can investigate and resolve the issue promptly.
Due to the nature of food products, we may be unable to accept returns, but we will always aim to provide a fair and reasonable resolution.
Incorrect Address
Please ensure your delivery address is accurate and complete at checkout.
We cannot be held responsible for orders delayed or lost due to incorrect address details provided by the customer. If an order is returned to us, additional shipping charges may apply to resend it.
Delivery During Warm Weather
During warmer periods, we take additional care with packaging. However, customers are responsible for ensuring deliveries are received promptly to avoid prolonged exposure to heat.
Seasonal & Holiday Delivery
During peak periods (such as Christmas), delivery times may be longer than usual.
We will publish recommended order cut-off dates for seasonal delivery, but these remain estimates and are not guaranteed.
